These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://www.paceven.co.ke. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify; edit, remove or add parts of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with no other notice provided.

Products

Our promise to our customers is that we go out of our way to get the best quality products at the most competitive prices.

We have a dedicated team that ensures that the products posted on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that all the product images and descriptions are complete, reliable, error free and up to date.

We recommend you confirm stock availability and specifications with our sales team when placing an order. Product images on the website are indicative; the actual colour and size of the products may vary. Images, Logos, brands and registered trademarks are properties of their respective owners, we use them on this website for product identification, information and ease of the shopping process.

Eligibility

When you shop from our website, the assumption is that you are at least 18 years old and if not a guardian or a parent has given authorization.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You also agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any changes. This helps us with our delivery process to ensure fast, efficient and Hussle free delivery

Orders and Payments

Prices on our website are listed in Kenya Shillings (and are VAT exclusive). However, we accept payments in other currencies such as US Dollars. Our payment terms include: MPESA, Bank Transfer (bank details are provided on request), Cheque payments, Cash and Card Payments. You can check on this page for updated payment options.

We accept cash on delivery within Nairobi and its environs on selected items. For cheque payments, we deliver goods once the cheque clears (in some cases depending on the bank, this is the same day)

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Kenya and to Major towns across the East Africa region, Kampala, Arusha, Dar-es-Salaam, Kigali and Juba.

We offer same day delivery within Nairobi and its environs. Delivery is within 24 hours on all the other towns. You must provide accurate delivery details.

Returns and Refunds

Paceven.co.ke accepts returns in line with our returns policy. If a product delivered is faulty, we accept returns and exchange the product. Also, if the product delivered is the wrong one.

Paceven caters the cost of shipping for faulty and wrong products delivered. (We have a dedicated team that ensures we deliver the correct items and in the best conditions ever)

Refunds in cases of unavailable products is processed within 24 hours.

Warranty

We deal with genuine products; hence, manufacturer warranty is guaranteed. Warranty varies from manufacturer to Manufacturer. Warranty period ranges from: 1 Year, 2 Years to 3 Years. Our sales team will communicate the warranty period at the point of purchase.

Please note some products for instance: EX-UK laptops have warranties ranging from 3-6 months. Some products such as power adapters, Atlas shredders do not have warranty.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
